We are collaborating with Tierra Del Sol to host a Trunk or Treat Halloween event on Saturday, October 26th from 12pm – 4pm. Here’s what’s in store for you: getting to know the OG of off road clubs; trunk or treating (bring some candy for the kids and for us parents who like candy); Rig Costume Contest (we may be dressing the Taco up as a rhino, or robot, or Chevy); special in-store discounts; food truck; raffle; music; and hanging out with some great people.

TREAD LIGHTLY'S TREAD TRAINER COURSEOctober 5, 2024 10am - 4pm at Rhino Adventure Gear, San Marcos
Sign up for Tread Lightly!®’s Tread Trainer™ course at our San Marcos shop. This is a 6-hour course designed to provide a “crash course” in outdoor ethics focusing on motorized and mechanized recreation on both land and water will be led by the Tread Lightly CA Program Manager, Brandon Alvarez. Participants will learn the Tread Lightly! principles of responsible recreation, and be provided with the tools to conduct workshops and coordinate community outreach.
